  1. Jimmy and Jack White Yes,Jimmy is the most beautiful and amazing 64 years old man!! I think he is living the very happy life now (both public and private). He has a happy family and is on good terms with his ex-women(Charlotte and Patricia) at the same time, moreover got a pretty(maybe) granddaughter. Recently I have caught two news that James Patrick Jr lives in England and Charlotte is seen near Jimmy's London house in June by Zep fan who works in Kensington. As Jimmy said before,it seems ''they are a close knit family'......... Jack White named his daughter 'Scarlet' a few years ago(of course named after Jimmy's beloved one) .Jack is one of Jimmy's most favorite young musicians. However, the reason why Jimmy shines now might be his musical revival above all!!
  2. Wow,Jimmy is still so gorgeous!! He seems to have curled his hair up newly.
  3. I think so too! I also love both Jerry and Jo. Additionally, Pattie and Charlotte also. They are all beautiful Rock girls!
  4. Thank you for correcting my mistake.
  5. How about this? Jimmy with Victoria Pendleton and Rebecca Adlington. These two ladies are gold medalists of Beijing Olympic. They are cyclists. Jimmy seems to be more happy in the enclosure of these gold medallists than....
  6. Jealousy?? This is a mere candid photograph. Please calm down. (I'm just kidding)
  7. I see. I didn't know who she is too. Ross calls them 'Golden Girls'. I love this one! Jimmy seems to be enjoying party enough.
  8. I'm sorry. The above-mentioned one might possibly be a photograph of the autumn in 1977. This was taken in 1976. Different scarf........
  9. Thank you aen27!! I have not seen this photograph. I think this was taken in 1976. Though he was escaping from England due to the tax problem, he returned home temporarily to receive various interviews in 1976. On the other hand he was nursing Charlotte with illness at that time.
  10. Then, it talks about something else. Steve,I always think you are an expert about Led Zeppelin. But this is my former post(from another site). This another expert says that the man who died at Plumpton Place was a 19 year old fan. Did two men die at Plumpton Place? And were Charlotte and Scarlet staying in the house at that time? Expert: Chris M. Zangara Date: 6/7/2007 Subject: Jimmy Page autograph Question Hi Chris ! Could you tell me if Jimmy Page changed his autograph ? If he did, Do you know in which period ? Because recently I acquired a family christmas card signed by page (Jimmy, Charlotte and Scarlet)and the Pages's autograph is very similar than the autograph that he does today. Thank's a lot !! Answer Hello again Manel, Thank you for sending the picture of Jimmy's autograph on the Christmas card. It's really not all that different from Page's usual signature but you can tell it was done very meticulously as it is clear and smooth. You may see other autographs of Page that are smaller, without as many "mm" looking curves, etc -- but that's probably as he's simply signing a quick autograph as opposed to something like this where he obviously sat down and took his time. I have a couple Robert Plant autographs from the same year and they are very different but you can still tell it's his signature. The only way to guess the time period of your Page autograph is to consider the time period in which Jimmy owned Plumpton Place. Jimmy bought Plumpton Place, East Sussex in 1971 and sold it in 1980 following a hardly-ever reported tragedy when a 19 year old fan died from an apparant drug overdose during a party on the grounds. No confirmation if Page was actually present that night. Page spent most of his time at Plumpton Place following Robert's hiatus due to a broken foot during most of 1976 and some of 77. During that time he would often let fans walk the grounds and sometimes invite them in if he deemed they were not harmful or to rabid a Zep fan. He also did a few charity gigs in local pubs around that time, one famous one with Ron Wood from The Rolling Stones, just down the street at the Half Moon pub. I'm going to assume that because of all this activity during 76 and early 77 - this was when this autograph was most likely created. If I find anything more, I'll be sure to post another follow-up. Thanks Manel!
  11. Is it so? I only referred the story generally circulated.
  12. QUOTE (Knebby @ Aug 24 2008, 01:46 AM) ^ Not immediately, no, but it was always thrown into the mix of the later "Curse of Zeppelin" "Jimmy Page sold his soul to the devil" "Jimmy did rituals over dead bodies" press that was so sickening for a while. However, I heard that Jimmy himself was aiming at some kind of effect(of devil worship). It was said that he only used the image of it. I think that he was taking pains with making of his own image very much. I have dropped interest completely the relation between Jimmy and devil since I have heard it.
  13. He looks great! Maybe this was taken in autumn '77. Jimmy said, ''I do not know the family that unhappinesses come in succession than Robert's family.'' And he denied irresponsible rumors.
  14. If my post is a misunderstanding, I'm rather relieved. I should apologize to you. I thought that you said that Jimmy was an unhappy man at that time. I had heard many times that he had said ''I'm happy'' with smile or ''My problems were solved'' in those days. All I want to say is that he was never personally unhappy even though he had physically exhausted and the '77 tours were not able to be done without drug. At the same time perhaps I think that a quality of the performance and a personal happiness (or unhappiness) necessarily doesn't synchronize. Eric Clapton said before that ''If I personally become a happy man, my music will become bad oppositely.'' This might also possibly have applied to Jimmy. However,I must say that I can hardly understand all about him in the 80's.
  15. I think that you think nervously too much about only Jimmy's appearance. Though I am Jimmy's watcher from about middle of the 70's, he said in some interviews that he was personally happy around from 1976. I had actually read them. At Christmas in 1976, he spent a very happy time with his then family. Jimmy said in 1977, ''Why am I energetic? Because I'm now very happy!'' (from NEW MUSICAL EXPRESS 1977) If it seems that he becomes tired in 1977, it might be tiredness that comes from hard long tours. I think that he was a happy family man basically (maybe from middle of 70's) though he was certainly drug-addict for a certain period of time. You need not grieve. "Every Christmas we are all together, all the mums and all the children," he smiles. "We are a close-knit family." It sounds a far cry from the Led Zep days of debauchery, but Page stubbornly (and somewhat implausibly) insists that, despite the band's drug-crazed hell-raising and trail-blazing around the globe in the 1970s - when they were without doubt the biggest band in the world - they were all "family men" at heart. It is this, he claims, that kept them together from their formation in London in 1968 to the death of their drummer, John Bonham, in 1980. "The four members of Led Zeppelin were very different characters in their lifestyles, and that's what made them tick. Two lived in the South and two lived in the Midlands and, apart from when we got together to do rehearsals and write and record, we were all family men with separate lives. Yet when the four members bonded together musically, it brought out this different, fifth, element." http://www.independent.co.uk/arts-en...ck-557876.html
  16. Thank you very much, aen27!! I'm very happy feeling when Jimmy talks about his child I'm sure he is (and was) an execllent father
  17. Is this really? Do you have a magazine that Jimmy talk about it? If you would have it ,please teach me what he said about Scarlet's reaction!
  18. Jimmy Page and Jimmy Appudurai Chua. Jimmy's expression seems to melt. Because this photograph was taken by his beloved daughter. I don't know it was when and where.
  19. Because this is only my soliloquy, no one must worry about anything. I think no one says she is not beautiful. Personally I think she is the most beautiful and has the nicest style of all Jimmy's girls. But she looks more beautiful with Eric than the time that is with Jimmy. It is only because she was younger when she was with Eric (I think). This girl is ugly??? Perhaps, this is her recent picture(left).Though she looks an elegant aged woman to me.(during her interview for the 60's Revolution documentary)
  20. Ok,I understand what you mean.I also have the same opinion as you in the outline. Both you and I have lots of pics of Charlotte, but both of us have never actually seen her. I trust the description of people who actually know her. Her ex lover Eric Clapton also said how she was beautiful and attractive girl in his autobiography and his Cream DVD. I saw actually her some photographs and consented it. I want to make it to my ending by this. I apologize for the derailment.
  21. Do you judge the person only in one photograph? I am not so. When I am interested in someone, I'll find various things about her(him). And I judge the person from them. About the mother of Jimmy's eldest child I found these articles from another site, Richard Cole writes in his book ''Charlotte was the type of girl who you couldn't look at just once.Tall.Thin.Blonde.Perfect features. You had to glance a second time.'' And in Hammer of the Gods book, it is written about her that '' a stunning French model named Charlotte Martin, who was coveted by every major rock star in London. Richard Cole remembered that she had first surfaced on the arm of Eric Clapton, who walked into the Speakeasy with her one night and stopped all conversation until Roger Daltrey piped up, 'Fucking hell,Eric, where'd you get that bird!' ''
  22. I don't know so much about Jimena. But because she is the woman who Jimmy loves, I like her. But sometimes I wonder if Jimmy was attracted by her in his heyday of LZ...
  23. Jackie Charlotte I love these two (ex)women of Jimmy, because they were (are?)very beautiful. I would like to see their young days pics more!
  24. I think the opinion and the impression to be different in each person. Don't mind. But Jimmy's major relationships with women are first Jackie DeShannon ,secondly Charlotte and third Patricia in turn. I think these relationships were very serious for Jimmy. But I have heard that blonde beauty is cold. And they have high pride and not under man's thumb. Jimmy might possibly have learnt by experience to them. It's just my opinion(lol)
