  1. I had already said it was very hard for me to decide anything because both actors are one of the greatest of all and are in the same league but I had to say that just because of his role in Raging Bull. Like lzzoso said, him building up muscle and later gaining weight for the same film was amazing. I didn't say Robert De Niro is a better actor or that Al Pacino is not versatile. Al Pacino is actually as versatile as Robert De Niro and his transformations for example in films like The Godfather, Serpico, Scarface, Scent Of A Woman were simply amazing. Robert De Niro is just a bit, a little bit, more versatile just because of Raging Bull. And I forgot to say, Al Pacino has the edge over and is better than Robert De Niro in stage acting and plays. Can't you see I'm trying to tell you that I like and respect both actors equally.
  2. They're both legendary actors and definitely one of the greatest actors of all time. They've both portrayed one of the most interesting characters and starred in many good films. Not to mention they're one of my favourite actors. It is very hard to decide which actor is better and I can't vote. I can just say that in my opinion Robert De Niro is a bit more versatile and Al Pacino is a bit more entertaining.
  3. Daft Punk. Good pick. I deliberately left out Daft Punk because I thought I would be the only one who likes them. I would also add Jean Michel Jarre to my list.
  4. Language Fashion Culture Literature Music Art Jules Verne Albert Camus Victor Hugo Voltaire Alexandre Dumas Stendhal Moliere Honore De Balzac Maurice Ravel Charles Baudelaire Georges Bizet Hector Berlioz Camille Saint-Saens Gabriel Faure Claude Debussy Jean-Baptiste Lully Gerard Depardieu Jean Reno Vincent Cassel Alain Delon Jean Gabin Julie Delpy Isabelle Adjani Brigitte Bardot Audrey Tautou Francois Truffaut Jean Renoir Jean-Luc Godard Luc Besson Robert Bresson Crepe Hot air balloon Bicycle Parachute Sewing machine Helicopter And other contributions to the world.
  5. David Copperfield by Charles Dickens I'm reading this book for the second time. Great book and one of my favourite novels as well.
  6. Great film. One of the greatest war films and films in general.
  7. I've just finished reading Mrs Dalloway by Virginia Woolf and Pride And Prejudice by Jane Austen. I'm not a big fan of books like this but it was in my syllabus so I had to read it. They are actually good, I liked them.
  8. Yes, that was a great quote. At first I thought that it was all in Spicoli's head when Mr. Hand came to his house. And I totally forgot about "I don't know".
  9. Good film. I really like Fast Times At Ridgemont High. Anything that Jeff Spicoli says in the film is funny and he is also my favourite character. The quote with Led Zeppelin in it was really good and surprising but my favourites are Spicoli's quotes like: "Aloha Mr. Hand", "Those guys are fags!", "Something must have happened to them.", "Hey Bud, let's party", "Awesome! Totally awesome! All right Hamilton!", etc.

I love theatre and I'm a big fan. I've never seen any world famous play, just the ones that have been performed at my local theatre or inside my country. I have been going to theatre since my early age but sadly nowadays we don't have them performed in my town so often. I will definitely go to a theatre when I go to some bigger country.
  11. Great film and interesting story about skinhead subculture.
  12. "Good Times Bad Times" This is a perfect opener! Though not my favorite but this song is just something special. I do believe that it blew everyone's mind back in 1969 by how powerful it was, and yes, it still is. My other favourite openers are "Whole Lotta Love", "Black Dog" and "In The Evening". "In The Evening" is an amazing opener.
  13. "Kashmir" This is pretty much the same situation like it is in Led Zeppelin IV. Physical Graffiti is a great album and has so much great songs but I couldn't have picked other song than "Kashmir". It is an absolute masterpiece and definitely one of the greatest masterpieces of all time. It is one of the rare songs that shocked me when I first heard them. I was in awe after hearing first opening riffs. It still amazes me with its greatness and awesomeness. My other favorite songs of Physical Graffiti are "Ten Years Gone", "In The Light", and "In My Time Of Dying".
  14. An Education British coming-of-age drama film. Great movie. I've seen it twice and I'll definitely see it again sometime.
  15. I really like Joni Mitchell. Amazing artist and guitarist with unique guitar style. My favorite albums are Blue, Court And Spark and Ladies Of The Canyon.
  16. Gremlins Home Alone Home Alone 2: Lost In New York Die Hard National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation My favorite movie of all these would be Gremlins. It's one of my favorite movies. Brings back childhood memories. I still love this movie.
  17. Monty Python's Flying Circus Only Fools And Horses Blackadder 'Allo 'Allo! Top Lista Nadrealista Tom And Jerry Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Scooby-Doo Wile E. Coyote And Road Runner The Simpsons Looney Tunes Merrie Melodies The Benny Hill Show ALF Friends The X-Files
  18. Kashmir, Stairway To Heaven, Ten Years Gone, In The Light, Thank You, and Since I've Been Loving You are one of my favorite.
  19. I like Alice Cooper. It's one of my all time favorite bands and artists. It's also one of the first bands I got into when I had started to discover music. I have a really nice memories of Alice Cooper like buying Hey Stoopid, the first Alice Cooper album I bought, or like hearing "Poison" first time, not knowing it's Alice Cooper's song. My favorite albums are Billion Dollar Babies, Love It To Death, Killer, School's Out, Welcome To My Nightmare, Trash and Hey Stoopid. I like Alice's original and 70s career the most, of course, but I also like his career after the comeback in the 80s. One huge example of that is Trash album. "Poison" is one my favorite songs of all time. I think he really pushed his career forward with "Poison".
  20. I'm watching movies all the time. Last movies of the newer ones I saw are: Shutter Island Iron Man 2 Toy Story 3 How To Train Your Dragon Kick-Ass Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time Clash Of The Titans Robin Hood Alice In Wonderland The Runaways Predators The Expendables Inception Resident Evil: Afterlife
  21. Loved them since the first day I heard them. I was still in primary school and I had about 10 years back then. They were not like the other ordinary bands I listened at the time but I liked them instantly. I've always been interested in scary and mysterious things. That has just attracted me for some reason. Anyway... Has anyone else gotten goosebumps while listening to the first Black Sabbath album? The song "Black Sabbath" freaked me out first time, especially the solo at the end. That's why I still like the song so much.
  22. I like Lynyrd Skynyrd. Great band. I discovered them long ago when I was still in primary school and I loved them. Actually I've always loved southern rock music in general. My favorite albums are Lynyrd Skynyrd, Second Helping and Street Survivors. "Sweet Home Alabama" is timeless song, it really never seems to get old. I'll never forget hearing "Tuesday's Gone", "Simple Man" and "Free Bird" solo. Those songs can really bring tears to your eyes. It's awesome band with such a many good songs.
  23. I love The Allman Brothers Band. Awesome band. My favorite lineup was the original one with Duane Allman but other lineups are good though. Duane Allman is one of the greatest guitar players of all time in my opinion and one of my favorite guitar players. He's possibly one of the greatest slide guitar players too. My favorite albums are the debut album The Allman Brothers Band, Idlewild South, At Fillmore East, Eat A Peach and Brothers And Sisters. At Fillmore East is definitely one of the greatest live albums of all time. I like Duane Allman's other projects outside The Allman Brothers Band. One more thing I like about Duane Allman is that he reportedly composed "Layla" riff, which is one of my top favorite songs. The duet solo of "Layla" with Eric Clapton and Duane Allman sharing lead guitar is one of my favorite solos and one of the most beautiful things I've ever heard. Nothing else to say. One of my favorite bands.
  24. Great. Rory Gallagher is one of my favorite musicians. Awesome performer and awesome style and technique. He was absolutely amazing live. I like both his work with Taste and his solo career. One of the greatest guitar players of all time in my opinion.
