ally
Genuine icon of the airwaves who used the wonder of radio to inform and entertain us all. His voice resonated with civility and tradition and he will be missed. Absolutely Steve. My old partner in crime from Bellingham was an avid listner and through the years I became a big fan of the man. A true voice of common sense

SuperDave
I will certainly miss him. Loved his anectdotal stories each day. He would hold your interest till the end, meanwhile you're trying to guess who he was talking about. And then...wow it was that person and I didn't know that. A true American Icon and legend of radio! His son Paul Jr. had taken over the reigns the last few years and sounds almost identical to him. He does an admirable job as well. Had a good teacher by learning from the best.
manderlyh
Oh no. I never listened to him, but my friend will be heartbroken. She listened to him every day with her grandpa.

Lake of Shadows
"Paul Harvey..... Good Day" RIP Exactly. I hadn't listened to him in awhile, but he was a radio staple 'back in the day'. I always enjoyed listening to him. RIP.

Angel With A Broken Wing
God, everyone from Chicago is dying. I may be next! He did live to 90; that's a respectable age. He was one of my guilty pleasures, someone I never would have let on to my friends that I enjoyed because he was so......establishment! RIP Mr. Harvey
