BUCK'EYE' DOC Posted May 18, 2009 Share Posted May 18, 2009 I think that Classical Music, as well as the Carole King music for me is soothing and makes you more relaxed so you are less stressed while studying and therefore retain the information better. (Shakin' Steven's long lost cousin? ) And why are fans of him/her/them more intelligent than us Zepheads??!! That is the big question! Sufjan Stevens is absolutely amazing. I guess he could be described as indie-folk, but he plays with a very large ensemble of musicians. This is what many of today's youth like along with lots of other very taleneted Indie and Alternative up and coming musicians. There is some really good new music out there.
