Random Thoughts v.3

Washington state voted back in $30 car tabs for all last night despite the constant deep pocket gov't. TV ads telling us to vote against it. Fuck you, Olympia and good riddance to Kshama Sawant, the big mouth, cop hating, socialist in Seattle.

Seattle became San Francisco, another once beautiful city now completely overrun with street vagrants thanks to leftist politicians and their progressive social policies.

You bet I am being condescending. When people make simplistic, Jingoistic statements lacking a foundation in fact and historical context, it is our job to be condescending and point out the absurdity.

Now if someone wants to discuss such serious topics from the point of historical context, policy, cause, and solution I am all in. However when someone comes to a party, drops their pants and shits on the floor and leaves, shame on them.

The only fact is you have issues with women as one, (Me Too), is based on predominantly & historically male dominance within a given situation, whereas the other, (Pound Me Too), is just an infantile jab made by a certain group of men who believe if they have power, they are entitled to do as they please. God forbid a powerful man, or woman, is held accountable. Everyone knows accountability is only for the poor and disenfranchised.

Case in point, Jeffrey Epstein. The ONLY reason he was locked up again was because he could not control himself. The powerful have only one rule, discretion and Epstein broke that rule way too many times that he became a liability. Same with Weinstein. These assholes think they can get away with anything because they have for so long. Then when a sea change occurs it becomes, "what? I did nothing wrong?"

Here, I have a novel idea: The work place is for WORK!!!! It is not a dating site, it is not a place to cruise for ass, it is a place to WORK. That is pretty simple no? You want to get some cooze, fine, they have an app for that called Tindr, have at it. But this is really not about scoring some loving, its about power and having complete control over another. The sex is only a means to an end, and the end is dominance, power, subjugation, abuse. It the reason why people rape other people...has nothing to do with sex and everything to do with dominating and humiliating another. That is a fact.

There is an old saying, you don't shit where you eat. I believe this extends to consensual and mutual relationships at work as well. You meet someone at work you like and they like you, great, someone better turn in their notice of resignation. Anything else is trouble. No man, or woman should use their superior position to dominate another in such a fashion, and if so, they should be held accountable.

Were you wearing a dress when you made that post? I agree one should never mix business with pleasure -- deck is stacked...nowadays all a bitch has to do is make an allegation and it's all over.

Pound Me Too is social commentary that would make George Carlin's eyes water with pride!

It is obvious you have some serious issues with women by making such nasty posts. I think you need to find yourself a nice woman, or man if that is your thing, and just relax.

Simplistic? If anything is absurd, it's the Seattle city council. If it makes you happy, the big mouth, cop and business hater Sawant was re-elected. They get the gov't. they deserve in the town.

3 older Vets I know. One who lives by me was a Navy medic in Vietnam, one was in the air force during the Cuban missile crisis (passed away last year) and one who now lives in Henderson, NV served in the Navy on the USS Macon. 3 of my brothers served in Vietnam. Army, Navy and Merchant Marines. My Dad didn't serve in WW2 because he had 8 kids by then. :)

DON CHERRY. 85 year old icon of Canadian culture. I wish to publicly state for the record I agree with and support him 100%.

That is just the excuse for firing him. The real reason Rogers Sports Net fired him is because they are only about half-way thru a multi-year, multi-billion dollar television contract with the NHL and conservative Canadian nationalism threatens the NHL's strategic business plan (Disney-fication/wuss-ification/expansion). Aside from that, Cherry was unlikely to return next season anyway. So instead of allowing the iconic Don Cherry to retire with dignity either now or at the end of the season the NHL and Rogers Sports Net embraced cancel culture to show how woke they are to people who do not and will never attend hockey games anyway.

What the hell was controversial about that? I know most Canadians are polite but for a rant, if you could even consider it such, that was downright benign. In the end it always comes down to the money. Poor guy.

Here's the sad reality of this situation: his executioners are Sportsnet and the NHL (who are in the middle of a multi-year, multi-billion dollar television deal) in collusion with the government of Canada (CBC). You see, Don Cherry is a conservative Canadian nationalist and his views are perceived by the league as a direct threat to the NHL's "Hockey Is For Everyone" publicity campaign and the NHL's strategic business plan (globalization and expansion). Then they collude with the CBC (government globalist-controlled agency) to have the CBC fabricate the lie that there were "so many complaints received" that their switchboard was overwhelmed. Oh, bullshit! The majority of Canadiens, and the immigrants in particular, couldn't care less what Don Cherry said on the air a few days ago because they weren't watching in the first place.
