It was a joke, spats: People don't put on weight by reading a food thread and they don't lose weight by reading a workout thread. It's been tried and documented and all pertinent data indicates that it just doesn't work like that. At least not for normal people, take a cartoon character on the other hand and the situation might be completely different. Now people on this board might come across like cartoon characters a bit given their avatars and posts, but they are real people.... most of them. Maybe not Sratch. Well definitely not Scratch. And Eternal Light. Not sure about Bilbo who's really a hobbit I think....
