The concert she put on for it here was also nothing short of breathtaking. The entire first set was songs from Leave Your Sleep while the second set (and encore) were loaded with lots of her solo songs and 10,000 Maniacs tunes. Unfortunately, Natalie is often accused of being too serious and pretentious but her keen sense of humor was in full effect that evening. She is still one of my favorite vocalists ever. I love her; we saw 10,000 Maniacs in a very small venue on the "Eden" tour and I have an autographed tour program; it's one of my prized possessions I have kept up with her solo work although I haven't seen her live since.
