hot dog
Indeed, and quite approachable and receptive to fans. I seem to recall David Gilmour saying (around the time of the O2 show) that he'd never actually had the opportunity to see Zeppelin live before - both bands toured lots and their paths didn't cross. lzzoso
Maybe others here can confirm, but wasn't Robert Plant renting the house on the Greek island of Rhodes from Roger Waters when Plant had the terrible car crash in 1975? Indirectly, I remember Page stating in an interview back in the day, (paraphrasing), "We're similar to Floyd that we like to go off into our own little tangents/worlds." From what I have read, Robert Plant was visiting with Phil May of the Pretty Things (a Swan Song act) when he was involved in the car crash in 1975. That was all I read. It is possible that he was renting someones house while on vacation there, however, if he was, I do not know whos house it was.

That's what I thought, except that I thought he was staying in Phil May's house rather than actually visiting him.
