Indyfan
For those who have been to the O2, how much of the visit would be outdoors? We'll be catching the tube to the O2 on Monday to pick up the tickets and spend the day at the O2 before the show (or however much of the day is left), but if I only have a light jacket, will that be enough? I don't want to lug a big coat around all day & throughout the concert. How much would I be outside, if any? Is there an underground connector from the tube to the O2, or do we have to walk outside to get there? I know I'll have a 100 yard dash from the hotel to the tube, but I think I can manage that one...... Thanks in advance.

Very light and weather-proof, also keeps heat in close to your body while wicking away sweat from that 100 yard dash you'll have to make. Check it out. David T
that is a very good idea the faster you run the quicker you will see them LOL Thanks to global warming, we don't have winter any more in this country. It is currently 60 degrees and I don't anticipate it being any different next week. As for the distance from the Tube station, from memory (I used to work at the Dome many years ago!) it is only a couple of minutes. So I don't think anyone is going to get cold. Mind you, it may well be raining so bring waterproofs!
Tawny Paul
There is a covered walkway direct from North Greenwich station to the front door O2.

carrots1969
i would bring a coat, brolly and something to eat/drink. coz dont know how long it is going to take to get tickets/wristbands...and any food bought from the area around the arena is bound to be pricey and also you dont want to leave the queue to join another!!
