Festering Gob
Ok I would like to hear some experiences with that amp, is it good, overrated, underrated? Did anybody use it? Sorry if this has been already discussed Thanks no experience with that particular model, but based on my experience with other amps they make it's probably a beast
Evster2012
And being a Class A circuit, it's probably plenty loud as well!
huw
Yes folks, it is a beast & it is loud. For home, studio & even small gigs the TT is a simple great sounding amp. The only real problem with it is that because it produces such a great overdriven tone at relatively polite volumes, the clean headroom is a little lacking. For some people that won't be a problem, but if you are one of those "clean amp + pedals" guys (like, well, me for example ) then it probably won't be loud enough for gigging. Just as well that Orange have just produced the Dual Terror - a 30 watt version Other big pluses - it's small & it's light.
BonzoLikeDrumer
no experience with that particular model, but based on my experience with other amps they make it's probably a beast The guy demoing it in this video is not doing a very good job at comparing setting's but, he does use both a Fender and a Gibson, so you can get a good idea on how it will perform over all. Sound's fuzzy (in a good way)to me, if you like that type of sound or if your looking for that sound it's great. And yeah, 15 watt's of class A is like 30 or so watt's of a slower reacting amp. What kind of sound are you looking for?
