McSeven
I listen to a lot of music. Out of all the music I listen Zep just seems to have all of the great riffs. Over the Stones/Hendrix/The Beatles. I even hear there influence on new bands such as Stone Temple Pilots, Green Day, Heart. What do you think? Electrophile
I think it's all subjective. I think they had some great riffs, but I can't say that they're the "best ever" because I haven't heard enough varying riffs to compare them to. To me, there is such a care and quality to the riffs that make them rich to my ears. Its not like they slapped anything together. Its almost like every riff has an action packed feel to it. Starbreaker
There were some great riffs, but take in mind that some of the riffs on the first two albums were "borrowed" from other songs.
59LesPaul
I think that's a valid opinion.
Page-ist
I dont like using the term "Best Ever", but when it comes to Rock and Roll guitar riffs, Jimmy Page is the Best Ever.
