thozil Posted January 17, 2010 Share Posted January 17, 2010 This photo was taken by Dominique Tarlé where Led Zeppelin first rehearsed together, at Gerrard Street, London, in late August 1968. Otto I have the same Q special edition with that photo, but somehow the caption doesn't seem right. JPJ had much shorter hair at the time - take a look at the Jorgen Angel photos of the first show (Sept 7th, 1968): and there's also the photo in this ad for the show: I suppose it is possible that he cut his hair sometime after the first rehearsal...but somehow this photo looks more like 1969 to me.
