Earlier they posted that tickets would go on sale on 4/12, I returned just now and they were already on sale. Lots of people must have missed out on the best seats. Oh, and he will be touring the UK in the fall. Congrats on the great seats. I just happened to find out about his tour this morning and never would have thought they went onsale so soon. No, no, the $500 figure was just a number I pulled out of the air, just meaning "people who paid megabucks for special packages on previous tours," not referring to this tour at all. I believe he was there with Alison so I'm thinking it could happen. If anyone is near the area, DO get those tickets. You will NOT be disappointed. They are done just before or just after the show. You usually meet in a room in the backstage area. It's very cool to do. Sometimes you only get one minute and sometimes several with the celebrity, but it's face to face and you get to ask them whatever you want. Time for a new thread. I did think it was wild that people could get tickets so fast and congrats to those who did. I'm going to try to make the Memphis show--unless a Nashville show is added. It's been a long time since I've been to the Orpheum and I bet the ghosts will be happy. I am not planning on traveling to the southern US in July. I don't particularly do well in hot weather. I wonder why Robert is touring in the hottest part of the US in the summer? He must really like hot weather, lol. And I think that you all can thank Sam for getting your good seats! His post giving us the heads up on the concerts was probably the reason for being the first ones to buy the tickets. Thanks Sam, on behalf of all the members here!
