redrum
You both beat me to that, one of my all time faves........I ain't no Senators son...no Redrum, Robin Trower was my first "official" concert, sometime in 75. What I mean by "Official" is I paid to get in. Where did you see him? I saw him twice at Winterland in SF just about the same year. But alas, Winterland fell to the wrecking ball. Bonzo2000
A couple of the best lines ever are from the Police: "I gues you'd call it suicide, but I'm too full to swallow my pride." and from the Clash: "London is drowning and I live by the river!" The Clash line is from London Calling, I love the Clash even though they called Zeppelin "Dinosaurs" The Police line is from Can't Stand Losing You. I will always remember the day Jerry Garcia died, I was working as a line cook durring the lunch rush with the local clasic rock station (100.7 WZLX) blasting in the background, and someone requested that tune for Jerry. I always listen to that song in a different way now. Another great line I used for my senior quote "There comes a time within everyone to close your eyes to what's real." busy91
Here is a few I really like: Stairway to Heaven – Led Zep … Our shadow is taller than our soul … Darker Side – Jonny Lang Look at the people, they learn how to lie so easy They learn how to lie to get what they need And after they got what they needed It turns into a simple case of greed Life is Hard – Johnny Winter I can't count the tears I cried Life is hard and then you die

redrum
The Stones: "Well we all need someone we can cream on And if you to Well, you can cream on me" Sick bastards! I just watched the Roger Waters live show from Portland and they had something set up with Marv Albert doing a play by play of an oil rig being hit by two torpedoes. Obviously a rant against oil, but I'm sure that afterwards they all ran to their Lear jets to fly to their next concert.

JimmyPageZoSo56
Dogs - Pink Floyd You gotta be crazy, you gotta have a real need. You gotta sleep on your toes, and when you're on the street, You gotta be able to pick out the easy meat with your eyes closed. And then moving in silently, down wind and out of sight, You gotta strike when the moment is right without thinking... ...And when you loose control, you'll reap the harvest you have sown. And as the fear grows, the bad blood slows and turns to stone. And it's too late to lose the weight you used to need to throw around. So have a good drown, as you go down, all alone, Dragged down by the stone... Us and Them - Pink Floyd Us, and them And after all we're only ordinary men. Me, and you. God only knows it's noz what we would choose to do. Stairway to Heaven - Led Zeppelin And as we wind on down the road Our shadows taller than our soul. There walks a lady we all know Who shines white light and wants to show How everything still turns to gold. And if you listen very hard The tune will come to you at last. When all are one and one is all To be a rock and not to roll.
