Rock Historian
Dansette Damage was a punk band from Birmingham who managed to get Robert Plant along with Led Zep's sound engineer to somewhat produce their 1978 album/single 45. Robert also sings backing vocals one the song "NME". He went under the a.k.a. "The Wolverhampton Wanderer" on the album credits. Here are a few pics of him (taken by the guitarist of the punk group, who was also a rock photographer). you can search this band on the net and find their myspace page which has a little more info about how it came to be. Here are a few pics from that period.
Walter
Interesting that he wore a Zeppelin t-shirt to the session. Thanks for sharing!
