FloriZep Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 Same situation that Kiwi_Zep_Fan87 over here!... pleeeaseeee Quote
Wolfman Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 Terrible. I can't stand Jimmy Fallon. I hope it's just a musical performance because that dolt is terrible at doing interviews on his lame show. Now it makes sense why he is doing a one shot deal in the NYC area. I'm guessing he'll be back on the east coast later this year or early 2011. Quote
BlackDog71 Posted September 10, 2010 Posted September 10, 2010 Great info! Can't wait to see Robet on the show. I wonder if it's for a sit down interview or just a musical performance? Either way, I hope we get to hear from him. Hello DVR....have I got something for you! Quote

allthekingshorses Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 wow, you can ask a question.. that is cool. Quote
Michael Page Posted September 12, 2010 Author Posted September 12, 2010 Yeah you can submit a video question that will air live on the show. Talk about cool. Quote
lzzoso Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 (edited) I already set my DVR to record this show. From the info on Time Warner cable, it shows that Christina Ricci will also be on the show. I would think that there will be a short interview with Robert before or after a performance by him. Maybe "Angel Dance"? I saw John Paul Jones play bass with some other musician (Ben Harper?) on the Jimmy Fallon show about a year or so ago. Edited September 12, 2010 by lzzoso Quote
luvlz2 Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 I saw John Paul Jones play bass with some other musician (Ben Harper?) on the Jimmy Fallon show about a year or so ago. It must have been when he performed "Long Hot Summer Day" with Sara Watkins, check it out: http://www.johnpauljones.com/swatkins_fallon.html. Quote
Michael Page Posted September 14, 2010 Author Posted September 14, 2010 Just got done watching the Robert Plant interview. Great job by Plant just wish he would've performed.Maybe next time. Quote
MrZoSo Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Robert seemed VERY uncomfortable answering anything Zeppelin related. Very strange at this point. It's not like Fallon was asking about reunions. He asked legitimate (light hearted) questions, and Robert clearly was not comfortable giving an answer. I loved how the Roots played Keep a knockin to Roberts intro. Looked like he got a kick out of it also. Quote
ninelives Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Just got done watching the Robert Plant interview. Great job by Plant just wish he would've performed.Maybe next time. They did perform two songs during the taping so perhaps they'll air tonight? Here's hoping. Quote

Patrycja Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 (edited) Here's part two of the Fallon interview. Some airplanes, some audiences, some animals http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2Fbs6k2-dBo Edited September 14, 2010 by Patrycja Quote
SuperDave Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Good interview and two segments is a surprise with a music artist on one of these talk shows. Usually, just with the Hollywood elite. Well done and Robert was in good spirits and great sense of humor! Quote
