Regarding the silver releases of the Southampton refectory show I don't know about upgrades just than that Nasty Music had a more polished 'broadcast' sound (like the KBFH shows) whereas Empress kept the sound dry (and probably closer to the raw mixdown). A more recent incarnation on silver (No Label) had a slight pitch correction. The copy in circulation is probably a first or 2nd gen of the mixdown.
