Magic Fills the Air Posted January 27, 2011 Share Posted January 27, 2011 I've started a new thread to share the photos from Jimmy's book from Genesis that we've all been waiting so long for with other members on forum. I'll start with a few early photos: This one is the first photo in the book, Jimmy as choir boy, his choirmaster was called Mr Coffin! This photo is of Jimmy at home with his first guitar. This one is from Jimmy's first passport aged 20. He went to Germany, then he went to America for a month. Finally this one is of Jimmy when he was in the Yardbirds. There are a few pictures in the book of Jimmy in boats/ at his boathouse. That must have been a special place for him. Jimmy in Bron-Yr-Aur, Wales in 1970: Jimmy in 1983 walking along the wing of a plane in LA. Enjoy! Here are a few of them: 'Dr Jimmy Page' is receiving an honorary doctorate from the University of Surrey in this one: This is last photo in the book. The caption reads 'It might get even louder'. These are among my favorites in the entire book. They must be the contact sheets The Sphinx is another one I loved.
