oldhippie micheal Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 If Plant is not willing to tour with the other members, and members kin I feel that Jack R. with Great White would be a great choice. I am listening to a concert from Bakersfield Ca. and he sounds very close. Quote
Everybody needs the light Posted February 19, 2011 Posted February 19, 2011 They had problems without Bonzo. If there is someone else singing ,than there would be only 2 members left. .......In the end you may end up listenning to a complete coverband... Not only that.Ok, people like to hear the old numbers but I doubt it that it was a good idear of "Qween" to gig with Rogers.I liked Paul´s voice much more than the one of Freddy but this was a big break for me.. BlackDog71 Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 There's no reason to go on without Plant. I was ok with Jason because it was a one time deal and he's Bonzo's son. Doing a complete tour without Plant, and only half of the original members, would not be as exciting to me. Plant's voice is the voice of Zeppelin. Quote
Flyingzepp Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 LOL JACK RUSSEL. Good one. That guy is a lousy-ass singer. I hate that great white butchers zep, they butcher a lot of zep to make it worse. Quote
Jahfin Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 I thought they did a pretty commendable job of "Babe, I'm Gonna Leave You" on Unplugged but what Page, Jones and Jason Bonham need is someone that can bring something new to the table, not a Plant soundalike or wannabe. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOV7kAGt1vs Quote
Robin Gibson Posted April 15, 2011 Posted April 15, 2011 Robin Gibson will do it.. Robin Gibson's Led Zeppelin Experience Quote
BlackDog71 Posted April 18, 2011 Posted April 18, 2011 It's over. Let it go. I have to agree. I think it's time to put it to rest. Without 2 of the 4 members, it's not Led Zeppelin and it's a show not many Zeppelin fans are going to want to see. Quote
