That's what I meant by "rock n' roll isn't a competition". As for how much airplay Journey gets, I could really care less as long as I don't have to hear it. The ways in which we listen have changed over the years where I can seek out specialized stations, create playlists, etc. and not have to be subjected to Classic Rock or Top 40 radio if I don't want to. I read the other day that Don't Stop Believing is the #1 song on itunes for the past few years...I blame the Sopranos. Not just The Sopranos but the show "Glee" as well.
