Hitler was Chancellor of Germany and as such recognized by the world community as a legitamate head of state - not a terrorist.

As a National socialist he incorporated policies, tactics and philosophic tenets from both the left and right wing ideologies. While it's arguably true Nazism is a far-right form of politics, as executed by The Nazi Party it more closely resembled fascism.

That's true, Hitler was an advocate of what was called National Socialism in Nazi Germany. Although the term itself is somewhat of a contridiction since Marx never believed that socialism could thrive in nation states.

Sure, I'll waste more time attempting to present elementary-level logic in a way you can understand:

Egypt's history goes back more than 5,000 years, while the United States is just shy of 235 years. It's absurd for you to suggest as you did that the West (i.e. USA) introduced corruption into a region that has been around more than 20 times longer.

If Iraq, for example, was as uncorrupted as you seem to think it was there would have been little need to develop the Code of Hammurabi circa 1700 B.C.

I don't know why I bother with these exchanges. It's like playing chess with a toddler.

Sure, I'll waste more time attempting to present elementary-level logic in a way you can understand:

Egypt's history goes back more than 5,000 years, while the United States is just shy of 235 years. It's absurd for you to suggest as you did that the West (i.e. USA) introduced corruption into a region that has been around more than 20 times longer.

Mubarak had ties with the Western world and the people got sick and tired of it all.....they have just recently discovered both Mubarak's and Gheddafi's $$$ stashed away in Swiss banks, NOT Islamic banks :). Of course the West is civilized.....I myself am wholly part of it and live in it and work in it. BUT I am NO YESMAN...never haVE been and NEVER will be:):). EYE know when I'm being fooled and the worst leg-pulling is the one enacted by one's own country!:)

Some think that Hitler didn't kill himself, the Holocaust didn't happen, and man has never landed on the moon. I'm afraid that if some evidence isn't shown questions will be raised.

Spidersandsnakes,I could see you were online so I thought you would reply quickly.Thanks for that,but you have not aswered my point about your original post.You've mentioned the states above having "ties to the western world".Of course they have,every country in the world is now interconnected to many others in a million ways.That fact in itself proves nothing.As for Mubarak and his Swiss bank occounts,well are you surprised?Islamic banks do not allow the acrueing of interest,so Mubarak,like so many other despots with their eyes on their wallets decides to shop somewhere else.Who is world renowned for both healthy interest payments and secrecy?The land of the yodel.You've mentioned the Egyptian people getting "..sick and tired of it all" regarding Mubarak's ties to the west,but that did not start the recent uprising in that country.What kicked it off was the suicide of a young student,if I remember correctly,who killed himself in despair at the lack of economic opportunities in his country.It has spread to other country's from that fact.In essence they want what we in Britain,America,europe,Australia,Canada and Japan,etc all already have and take for granted.They want freedom and they want a future decided by themselves.Anyway,that you and I know and would probably agree on,but I would still like you to explain about the corruption you feel that the west has dumped on the middle east and how it has effected them.I cannot see it myself,but I'll read your argument for.By the way,RIGHT-WING is two words ,and have you bought that Patti Smith photo book yet ?Good luck.

Briefly on either Saturday or Sunday just passed,a neck up photo was shown on either the main BBC newspage or The Telegraph (a British newspaper) newspage showing what perported to be a photo of the dead bin Laden.The body was obviously showing trauma to the left eye,in truth it looked more like a black eye with subsequent swelling than anything else.It was not gory at all and,having seen the photo myself,I would say that it was definately the man they were after.
