Let's take a good look at the Creation we're in as a sort of "marriage" between the earth and the heavens. Imagine for a moment the earth and the heavens. Imagine the heavens looking down on us, listening, watching and helping -- what would they (Heavenly ruler and kingdom of angels, saints, etc.) want to hear and see? What would be their "glue" to keep us attached upward? How would they prefer to see the earthly "glue" (money) attached to earthly inhabitants and their families, societies and rulers? Imagine the earth and its inhabitants looking across at us, listening, watching and helping (by their standards) -- what would they (Earthly ruler and associated earthly kingdoms) want to hear and see? What would be their "glue" to keep us attached horizontally? Now imagine the "underworld" and its inhabitants ... enough said.
