Really? He is the first gorgeous guy who ever reminded me of the Elephant man. I fell in love with the Elephant man. His music always spoke to my soul, and for many years figured, he'd be the only guy in the world who could relate to my brain without thinking I'm past the loonie line. I think in symbol. I'd have no problem, lol. Not only would it not creep me out, but yeah, honestly the thought of talking to someone I could relate to... put it to you this way, I always read books turned upside down, and in mirrors by nature. I drew Islamic symbols by nature as a kid, I'd spin like a Sufi at weddings. I've been telepathic all my life and it's gotten a lot stronger in the past couple of years. Yeah.... I'd dig it big time, lol. Oh god, someone shoot me now.

Being married to him wouldn't creep me out, I meant it would be all of the folks trying to be all up in my business that would creep me out wanting to know all this personal stuff. Ah, the life of being married to a rock legend, LOL!!

Jimmy Page the young guitar god from the 60's and 70's? Sorry, but that ship has long sailed.

He is now the Jimmy Page, the grey-haired 63 year old grandfather who probably needs Viagra at the least.

He's now 64 and still as gorgeous as ever. Watch his interview with the BBC on YouTube and the Classic Rock Ceromony both from November. He can still make me melt.

Well, of course he's now the 64 year old grandfather! That doesn't make me fancy his 20/30 year old self any less. THAT's the Jimmy Page who's in the magazines I read, in the record sleevenotes and on my walls, etc. That's the Jimmy Page I know.

He was and IS a very attractive man and sometimes looks aren't so important as one ages. Now, I find he's just as attractive as a respectable man with dignity and matured grace.

Well said. B)

in the end/and nothing is hidden anyway, so who cares?

But yeah, I see your point, but he seems to be pretty good at keeping his nose out of the public eye.

I think you have to be living a somewhat obnoxious life to get that kind of attention these days, :)

Agreed and that is why I love Jimmy so much is that he does keep his personal life private and I think that is the coolest thing! B)

I'm not sure how many of you ladies are over 30, or have kids. As someone who is, and does, I think being married to a rock star would be more like a nightmare than a dream. We all love Zeppelin, and they are definately musical heroes...but the real unsung heroes are the women who raised their kids while they were away, and had to put up with their infidelity and addictions. There should be a concert for them.

I agree....how did they put up with them? It makes me wonder...

 We need a poll called "Which Zeppelin would you do?"

They have this topic on a facebook Zeppelin group and almost all the people who responded were guys. Maybe if you make this topic, the immense amount of hidden man crushes will come out in the open.

Anyway, to the above, I don't think any of us really take this all that seriously haha. I said I would marry Robert, but really, hell no I wouldn't. Groupies would be a nightmare. People like him are the reason friends with benefits were created. :P

How interesting.... Page & Plant are neck in neck.

Actually, Page was pretty hot back then too. Dare I say, he still is. :)

Still, Jonesy has his merits... he is still married after all, to the same woman. :)

I have no comment on John or Jason Bonham though. Pity. I admire them, though.

ETA: Actually, I agree with the post above mine... groupies would be such a pain in the ass. Yep... friends with benefits I can totally see. Truth be told, that's probably all I would want from the guy.

LOL, the man I am seeing got me into Zeppelin, and I'm almost sure he gets a right kick out of seeing me swoon over Robert's younger self.

Or at least, my fella might have in the past... I don't know if he thinks it's gone beyond yet. I have told him to tell me if he thinks I am getting out of hand with it, but so far, he just laughs right along with me at the cool stuff I see and read here.

Saw the most recent concert last night. Tres cool.

Good Mourgan fellow Canuck,

would that be a canned duck? lol

I know, I must be the only chick on the planet who strained not to look. What can I say. I have always been rather strange. That however didn't make me innocent. Believe me, Jimmy inspired me, lol.

Holy crap, I'm in Nova Scotia too! Strained not to look??

well, the damn camera was almost always on his crotch where a comfortable eye level is, lol. Reminds me of a time at work (decades ago), way back when I was stocking wine glasses on a shelf and some guy comes along to ask me a question and I turn my head to where he is to be face to "face" with his underwear less crotch in a pear of tight white pants, and then there was the time,,,,,,, lol

walked into my school's shower room in Jerusalem once to find all the guys in the dorm lined up along the wall playing with themselves. I just sort of stood there, looked at them, got an eye full of dicks, cracked up and walked out laughing my ass off. I have no idea why some guys do the things they do...

Where are you? I am in Fall River.

Cape Breton. I've sent you a private message, the other day.

As for me, I usually look this way: face, there, face, there... oh, close up of face... cool, watch him strut and dance, repeat. :)

JPJ for sure!

It's funny how everybody voted for either Plant or Page, although that's to be expected as most Zep fans are only obsessed with either Plant or Page. However, JPJ is the only member of the group who could keep it in his pants, the only one who stayed faithful to his wife.

So all those people who picked Page or Plant, obviously monogamy is not high on their list of priorities...

You have proof of that?

It's really daft to comment like that on the content of someone's relationship. No-one knows but them.

If you had said they were the only couple who stayed together - fair enough. You'd have a point there.
