The Pagemeister Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 August 30, 2011 The world has lost a great musician. David 'Honeyboy' Edwards was born in Mississippi in 1915. Over the course of his long career, he performed with artists from Robert Johnson to Muddy Waters, taking his brilliant blues around the world. He was inducted into the Blues Hall of Fame in 1996. David was still touring as recently as 2008, and continued to perform occasionally up to his last show on April 17 of this year. http://www.cbc.ca/strombo/show-news/david-honeyboy-edwards-dies---last-of-the-delta-bluesmen.html Quote
