Correct but Songfacts twists this to mean "Jimmy Page would not let anyone but Robert Plant sing this". sixpense Posted October 26, 2011 Share Posted October 26, 2011 To Jimmy STH was their band most representative song where Robert thinks KASHMIR is. I'm in the Jimmy camp. Just heard a cd of Zeppelin playing the song for the first time with drums (probably Island Studios) and they sounded excited and you can hear them saying that they want to hear the playback asap. I have a great boot of the show and Jimmy quite rightly says we were the best audience on the tour. . Although to be fair he may have said that every night!
