jabe
Rockestra Theme.,,,,.Paul MacCartney with Bonzo & Jonsey amongst others. Also "So Glad To See You Here" from Back To the Egg. The vids I've seen of this session have JPJ listed on bass, but I'm pretty sure he's on keyboards. Bonzo looks likes he into it.( David Gilmour looks bored as shit.) swandown
Robert Plant: Grease Monkey - Jeff Beck Is this confirmed to be Robert? It sounds like a computer sample of a Robert Plant soundalike. (Like the Phil K/Dirty South dance remixes of "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" from a few years back.)

Produced by John Paul Jones John Paul Jones produced and played on this album. JPJ also produced an album for the Datsuns, if memory serves. No idea if he played on it. I saw the Datsuns open for that fucked up trainwreck Velvet Revolver. ( Don't mean to offend any VR fans, hell, I paid to see 'em twice)
Jahfin
John Paul Jones also produced an album by The Mission called Children. Cool idea for a thread but trying to name all production credits, appearances, etc. would require some pretty exhaustive listing.

I wil be going there this week, and if I remember-will take a snap shot of it and try and post. It's a cool pic!

Ledy Mazeppa
^ 'Comin Atcha' LP not 1975, but (p) 1973 ---------------- just add a couple of Jones' works: JPJ produced and played a bit (mandoline) on the Butthole Surfers, "Independent Worm Saloon", '93 album ----------------- single Jacques Ploquin a: "L'amour N'attend Plus Que Toi" b: "La Campagne" as stated "Orchestra diriga par John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin)" I think Jones wrote orchestration ----------------------------------- Peter Green, "The End Of The Game", '70 Jones played piano /or organ?, his name not in a credits (as on the album also keyboardists Zoot Money and Nick Buck, have no idea where Jones playing) --------------------------------------------------------- And around that time both John Paul Jones and Peter Green on Memphis Slim, "Blue Memphis", '70 album John Paul Jones (Hammond B-3 organ); Peter Green (guitar);

Charles J. White
These are the 2 tracks that John Paul Jones worked with Cinderella on, good songs in fact. They are from the Hearbreak Station album which is there best. The entire album has blues feel to it, with some really nice sounding guitar. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k_ph3xEvRtI

justanotherbum
Didn't Jimmy do a soundtrack to that Kenneth Anger film? Yeah I've got that one on a boot. The movie was Lucifers Rising and thats the song title. 22 minutes long. This boot I have has the Page track on one side and the other is all Plants early stuff that appears on 66 to Timbuktu. It's a picture disc, the pic is of the guys sitting in and around that chair and Jonesy looks like he's grabbing Plants butt. I always thought that was a strange photo. Anyone hear about the James Patrick Page Session Man boot? I bought it back in 1979 and it says it's from the Led Zeppelin Fan Club of Manchester England and is on Slipped Disc Records. I saw the cover art on a recent album that was something like Page versus Buddy Guy or could have been someone else? Anyway this boot has 30 tracks from Pages session years along with She Just Satisfies and Keep Movin' which is from the Page 45 on Fontana records.
