Gabe_Biechner Posted January 26, 2012 Posted January 26, 2012 Hey all, My dad got a hold of this item about 30 years ago. It was found in a box with three other artist promotion ads just like this, and were in pretty great condition. We ended up getting this item framed a couple years ago because we really enjoy the piece. However, we have never been able to find any information on this item, or any others like it except for what it obviously is. A promotional advertisement for Led Zeppelin II from Atlantic Records. If anyone has any information of this items circulation, possible value, etc it would be greatly appreciated. I figured if anyone would know it would be you all. Thanks, Gabe Quote

LZ77 Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 awesome item! I think Rick Barrett is a member here. He is the expert for LZ memorabilia. Quote

Gabe_Biechner Posted January 29, 2012 Author Posted January 29, 2012 Very nice. So there is at least one more out there. I have searched and searched and found nothing. Except a guy who wanted to buy it sight unseen for 500. I figured it had to be pretty rare/ worth a bit more if someone was willing to pay that much without even seeing it. I'll have to try and contact Rick Barrett, and see if has any further insight on this piece. Thanks guys! Quote
Pb! Posted February 1, 2012 Posted February 1, 2012 The going rate on this should be $2-4 thousand. Quote
