As for the double credit on track 3, discogs.com shows it on their page for the turquoise UK plum: http://www.discogs.com/Led-Zeppelin-Led-Zeppelin/release/1218217 And the label for the 3rd UK issue of the album, with the more common orange lettering, does not have the double credit. Now, it could be that the particular copy of the original turquoise release on discogs just happens to be a super-rare copy - but I'd say it's much more likely that all the turquoise plums had that double credit.
