dazedcat Posted April 30, 2012 Share Posted April 30, 2012 I don't know how it was in the UK but over here disco permeated everything. Mainstream rock artists dabbled with disco beats, black music was overtaken by it pretty much, discos seemed to be everywhere and really, you had to go out of your way to find a rock club. You even had to go out of your way to listen to rock music at times. Mercifully the disco fad faded but for a while you couldn't escape it.
