Strider
There are two things I NEVER run out of in my kitchen: SRIRACHA and TABASCO!!! I may run out of milk. I may run out of eggs. I may run out of butter. I may even run out of beer and wine. But I always, always make sure I have plenty of Sriracha and Tabasco in the pantry. In fact, I just finished sploshing some Sriracha in my duck curry and rice for lunch.

Strider
SRIRACHA. Never heard of it Seriously? Oh man, you don't know what you're missing. Most Asian restaurants and markets I frequent have the fiery red elixir on hand. If you've any Asian places in your neck of the woods, chances are they have bottles of the Red Rooster for you to try. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sriracha Edited January 10, 2013 by Strider
