Jimmy Page style wiring

A couple questions about Jimmy Page's wiring.

I found this link that shows how he wired his guitar(s) to get specific sounds and what not but did he...

1.) Use a freeway switch while Led Zeppelin toured? The diagram only shows a three-way and pictures I've seen only show him, using a three-way switch. However, Gibson put it in their Jimmy Page custom Les Pauls. So does he use them now?

2.) I know he used push-pull pots; were they on both #1 and #2? Did he use them live? I've never seen a video with him pushing or pulling them.

The push-pull pots were definitely done post-Zep, in the mid-1980s.

Info, by which I mean real facts, is a little scarce, and the years upon years of internet rumours etc doesn't help, but the basics have always seemed to be:

Neither #1 or #2 had any switching mods during te Zeppelin period

#2 had the "everything but the kitchen sink" mods done by 1982 (4xpush/pulls + 2 buttons under the pickguard)

#1 had a single push/pull added for phase switching arround the late 1980's

Gibson got the wiring wrong on the signature model of #1, and all sort of confussion began all over agin...
