I've been doing 20 minutes on my elliptical and then 20 minutes doing lightweight biceps curls and triceps curls while riding my recumbent bike, 4 or 5 times a week. It's just long enough to watch one episode of one of my favorite series on the internet. After that, I do 4 sets of 20 crunches then 3 or 4 sets of 25 pushups while watching the tube in the living room. I used to workout at the gym but it takes too much time and gas to get there, workout, and then drive home again, so I bought my own stuff and it's working out great!!

Did some light weight lifting which always makes me feel better, but I definitely need to start incorporating more aerobics into my routine... :beat:

My daughter, my sister and I are completing a 30 day 'squat' challenge

I am 46 yrs old, the eldest of the group.

OMG is right.

Planted, you might also try using weights to do squats (if you haven't done so already) and if you think your joints/ltendons can handle it.

Another 2 hour bicycle ride completed, I'm so tired from it that I'm ready to throw up afterwards. I'm determined to look good in my "onesie" by Mid November for the first week of training!

I've been walking every Saturday with a community group

CONGRATS!!! That is a very fun way to get exercise. And the fact that you know it's going to be a specific day lets you clear your schedule.
