From start to finish

You know what I'm talking about. The greatest albums in your collection. Some are from well known bands/musicians/sountracks, and others are obscure.

What are the greatest albums in your collection? The ones you can play from start to finish without having one of those "not this song!" moments.

List them here.

First, I have to assume this is DEP from Worth - correct?

Bartman here. :lolo:

Immediately coming to mind are:

Zeppelin - Presence (every single note of this album is permanently burned into my synapses)

Tool - Undertow (This album is practically flawless in the progression of songs)

Aerosmith - Rocks (Last Child trailing into the sirens of the intro of Rats in the Cellar, Sick As A Dog fading into the ominous opening rumblings of Nobody's Fault, and the album ending with the wailing of Home Tonight. A VERY complete album.)

The Cult - Sonic Temple (this album is Zeppelin-esque in it's substance - Soul Asylum is epic, Sun King is the consummate leadoff track. This album is virtually the blueprint for hard rock perfection.)

That'll do for now.

I have no idea what the "greatest" albums in my collection are but I do have some favorites I can listen to from beginning to end without skipping any songs.

There is hardly an album in my collection that I don't listen to, from start to finish. Except maybe, double albums where I might often just listen to one disc separately.

I feel almost the same ... :thanku:

I hardly find an album that I can't absolutely listen from start to finish: probably there are songs that I don't listen but only "ear" ...

well, ehm :whistling:, I've to say that I usually skip STH  (truely!)
