LedZeppfan77 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 1967-Mustang-Fastback. Ah, my first car. I had a 1966 gold like this except the hood. If you mispelled yesteryear the mods will fix it for you if you cannot edit it? Great thread idea Quote

Charles J. White Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Is the Chrysler New Yorker from the early 70's considered a classic muscle car? You know the really long one, 2 door? Quote
Led Zep Girl Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I might sound like a broken record but, I am one of the 'gear heads' here. Cars are my dad's life & it's how he makes a living. He has had some awesome cars to say the least. He also used to race in the 'super gas' class but I don't have any pictures of his car. It was a 2 door '56 Chevy Bel-Air. Anyways, one vehicle he did keep was his '66 Chevy truck. He did everything himself except his seat. We had a real nice lady do that for us. I also have a '63 Chevy II Nova that we are fixing to get started on. It will be an experience as it's my first 'hot rod' I have ever owned. Quote
FireOpal Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Robert, your car is a thing of wonder and beauty. What year is it? Quote
zepofile Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I still own my very first car. This resides in my garage: Robert NICE!! Quote
TypeO Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 My 1969 Plymouth Fury III isn't a muscle-car in the strict sense, but I'm hoping to eventually find a nice 440 to drop into it and have a pretty sweet sleeper. I'm definitely loving some of the sweet Mopars posted here. Especially that incredible white 'Cuda, Sems Fir. I'm guessing that's the 340 rather than the 383? I seem to remember the 383s usually had the shaker scoop hoods. Quote

Great thread idea Sweet ride...I did mispell yesteryear and there is no way to edit it hope the mods do..Those Mustangs back then rocked the streets! Quote
