Night Flight
It's embarrassing that they made reference to the few idiots who are comparing Alison Krauss with Yoko Ono. I don't think that is a fair representation of the community, but of a handful of infants stomping their feet.

croquet'n'cocaine
It's embarrassing that they made reference to the few idiots who are comparing Alison Krauss with Yoko Ono. I don't think that is a fair representation of the community, but of a handful of infants stomping their feet. Duh. It was a joke. Of course, it does backfire when the media go and quote it with the implication that Led Zep fans actually do think Alison Krauss is breaking up their beloved band, but I somehow doubt there's a single Zep fan that's even entertained that idea as a passing thought. Apart from as a joke.
DBJ
I don't see why he exclusively has to do one or the other. He could easily do a fall Zeppelin tour, or maybe 2009 will be the year of the Zeppelin. Jimmy Page would conceivably spend the first 6 months of next year getting the DVD produced and ready to release anyway. Maybe next year they will just do a handful of one offs. If that goes well maybe after that they'll take some of Page's material into the studio so they can have some new material to tour with.
