LedZeppfan77
Oh boy, the Mets letting one get away from them. The Coors Field nightmare looks to be continuing... Would you prefer to lose another division title on the final day of the season AGAIN? I think you guys are cursed. I sure wish Buck would start bunting once in a while. And warming up the bullpen before we get into trouble. The Giants are still clinging to slim life. Milwaukee is pure shit

paul carruthers
They are building a pretty good team in Kansas City. Not good enough to catch the Tigers imo, but they should be competitive all year, although I don't know if finishing second in the Central will be enough to secure a wild card spot, we'll see. I believe they will be in the race and certainly the wild card race. I do not think the Tigers are a lock. I do think they make the playoffs, yes. I think KC can give them a fight should they sputter. As for the East? Toronto seems to have been overated and Boston underated. We know what we have with the O's and Yankees pretty much. Tampa is having a tough go of it but they are dangerous. I am very fearfull of tonights game with Tillman. The sooner Bundy is ready to go the better. My two teamer of the day and I will catch hell for this.. St Louis and Cleveland
LedZeppfan77
Houston up on Oakland again. Tough start for Oakland and surprising for Houston. Well I did not realize Oak has 11 wins. Every time I look at the score they seem to be behind. Maybe its because their games are so late. I thought the Tigers beat them?
paul carruthers
Good grief, it's snowing in Colorado again. The game hasn't been called yet, but it's not looking good. Hope they can get this one in tonight & tomorrow so I can see Harvey vs. Strasburg Friday.

paul carruthers
I believe in the Sawx! Fucking snow does in the Mets again. How all these cancelled games is going to screw up the rotation is yet to be seen. Who knows when Harvey will pitch again, maybe not Friday against Strasburg. paul carruthers
Don't know what the status of tomorrows Mets/Rockies tilt is, more snow I imagine. Oh well, at least we didn't lose. Hopefully the weather will be kinder when the Mets get back to New York to face the Nationals. Rick, I think it was a tough day for you, Baltimore, Cleveland and St. Louis, ouch. Phillies got swept today, something to finally smile about.

Rememeber them? They are getting fucking bitch slapped by Milsquakee 7-1 and I am along for the fucking ride.
paul carruthers
Thank goodness the trip to Colorado is finally over for the Mets as their pitching got whacked again. Things don't appear to get any better going home to the Nationals, although tomorrow is Harvey vs. Strasburg. If there is a game the Mets can steal in that series, Harvey's game would be the one. Rick's boy Gonzalez getting bombed early, 2 homers of the solo variety given up & David Price appears to be on tonight but as always, "it's early." LedZeppfan77
They were here in 2002 Ah, 11 years. Then before that it must have been '66 when we played them in the series.
paul carruthers
R.A. Dickey seems to have settled down nicely after a couple of rough starts. I don't know if the Orioles should be sweating the Dodgers. LA seems to have lost a lot of their punch since Greinke went down. Strasburg vs. Harvey tonight, I can hardly wait. Although, when do these great pitching matchups actually live up to the hype. Seems rare, but hopefully Harvey will have his great stuff tonight & the Mets can steal a W. paul carruthers
Harvey looks pretty good tonight, although I wonder if he's a little too amped up going against Strasburg. Looked like he was over-throwing a few pitches, but 3 outs is 3 outs. And on another note, who are the Phillies blowing that they keep showing those fuckers on primetime, tomorrow night on MLB network and Sunday night on ESPN. Enough of the damn Phillies! Enough of the damn Phillies! I don't have MLB network, are they flexible as to what games they show? The Sunday night ESPN games are pretty much set in stone I believe. The Mets are doing better than expected, yes paul c?
paul carruthers
MLB network usually has 2 games lined up on a given night. Tomorrow night, the majority will get Cards/Phillies while some other markets get the Braves/Pirates game. As for the Mets, they were doing pretty well until that nightmare series in Colorado. So far, you can count on Niese and Harvey but the rest of the rotation is meh. Harvey staked to 2 runs now & he's throwing really well.
