NealR2000 Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 I see that he's still doing the honey and lemon (with the addition of ginger at some point) that Stevie Wonder introduced him to back in the Zep days. Quote
Nemea Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 I drink it a lot too, it is good for the voice and helps when you've got a sore throat. Quote
azad Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 (edited) Gee, the comments on thatyoutube clip are pretty horrible. Anyway, I beleive he's starting to chanel more with his writting and creativness again and I sense he 's enjoying things a little more lately and those juices seem to be a flowing. I agree with the lemon, honey and ginger. It's great for the voice and the sinuses chest and gut. Gingers great for colds as well as pear as well. One of the many things Iv'e always loved about his vocals is the way he slides, dips and rises from note to note often in a very rounded movement from highs to lows and vice versa. Very smooth transition which a lot of singers cant or don't seem able to do that well. Elvis and Roy Orbison also did that very well in their own way. Anyway, thats just my 2 cents for what it's worth. Edit - (Sorry The Dark Lord) I forgot to thank you for putting this vid up for us. Cheers for that. Edited September 15, 2014 by azad Quote
rkcre Posted October 12, 2014 Posted October 12, 2014 Anyone know his recipe for the lemon, honey, and ginger drink. How much of each? It sounds like it'd be healthy. I doubt anyone will ever sing like RP though! One of a kind for a once of a lifetime band. Quote
