The Pagemeister
Lady Gaga has hinted that she could follow up the release of her jazz album 'Cheek To Cheek' with a Led Zeppelin inspired rock release.Gaga recently released 'Cheek To Cheek', her duet album with Tony Bennett. The LP features many jazz standards including 'It Don’t Mean A Thing (If It Ain't Got That Swing)', 'Sophisticated Lady', 'Lush Life' and the album's title track. Speaking to fans via aReddit AMA, Gaga hinted that jazz is not the only genre besides pop that interests her musically. "I was in a classic rock cover band at the same time I was in jazz band in high school and doing jazz state competitions," Gaga said. "We were called 'Mackin' Pulsifer'. I have a real passion for Robert Plant's vocals, Led Zeppelin was a huge inspiration for me. The Only Way To Fly
I'm not really a fan of pop stuff but you have to give Lady G a lot of credit - nobody can say she did't work her ass of to get to where she is today.
Sathington Willoughby
Hopefully she comes back strong after Artpop, that album sucked.
Sathington Willoughby
Haven't watched that in a few years, she does a good job on it. The guitar solo was pretty weak though, Jimmy does some great expressive bends in the original that this guy kinda flubs.
