Just from ear there are multiple layers... so my guess would be yes... multiple tracks and takes as well... i think I've actually listened to some alternate versions... can't remember when or where... probably youtube but not sure

I have heard three different takes and each had a different harmonica part, so yes, there were multiple takes of the harmonica. Who knows what will show up on the Led Zep IV bonus disc?
