problem trying to import my tracks from 1997 cd Led Zep iv

Hi can any one tell me how to sort this as I have tried cleaning disc / drive.

It copies songs as AAC files but when I try to play them the speaker icon just drops down to each track

rapidly and nothing happens?

any help much appreciated.
