In what ways do you want to better yourself?

When my kid asks me to do something with them, I really need to stop what I'm doing and go play or whatever. I always have huge guilt trips over saying "maybe later".

I wanna go back to school and learn some new skills just for the hell of it.

I need to focus on what makes me happy instead of always worrying about things I have no control over.

The best thing I've done for myself over the last 16 months was to drop 45 pounds. I'm still losing but at a lot slower rate. Feels great to shed that blubber.

Spend more time alone

Stay away from negative people

Stop feeling guilty all the time, if things don't work out

Cut away from one sided friendships
