dpat Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 (edited) Mid-section of their epic "Echoes." Can argue a lot of their "Animals" songs were a little Zep-like. BUT THAT'S A GOOD THING! p.s.: I love the Floyd's music Edited September 5, 2018 by dpat Quote
EaglesOfOneNest Posted September 5, 2018 Posted September 5, 2018 A little... I'll give you that. But Pink Floyd had its own distinct sound for sure. Quote
John M Posted September 7, 2018 Posted September 7, 2018 Echoes is pure Pink Floyd. I don't see the relationship to Zeppelin. Page once said that Floyd was off doing their own bit or something to that effect. Pink Floyd is fantastic and this live version of Echoes is genius. Quote

Just like Led Zeppelin. They didn't need Led Zeppelin to be great. The beauty of the 1970's The bands stood on their own! Do you believe it! What would be fine now is if John Paul Jones could join Pink Floyd. No Quarter would be great! Who know what will happen in years to come? *shrugging shoulders* I would like to see Plant, Page, and Jones and Mason. Who knows. All pros!!! All BIG Why not? Quote
