Very powerful lightening storm came through around 5 am...now it’s beautiful! Sunny and 70 to start Super Bowl Sunday. Should be perfect weather an hour west, in Tampa.

Snowing.  Again.  Second time in a week.  That hasn't happened here in about forever.  I'd like to return to the old days - I hate snow.

Fortunately, this one is wet and slushy and should go away soon.  Also helps that it's above freezing here.  So we've got that going for us.

No more rain forecast all week after raining most days. Hopefully humidity will start to drop, I'm sick of thinking I moved to the tropics. 30c (86) forecast for this week.

Here in Colorado, we haven't been above freezing since Sunday afternoon.  Monday through Wed we had fog, snow flurries and 2 to 3 hours of sunlight.  Yesterday,  a quarter inch of snow, a high of 17 and no sunlight.  This morning, another quarter of an inch and it's still snowing.  Temp is zero degrees and we expect a high of 10 today.  Over the weekend, single digit highs during the day, below freezing at night and 5-7 inches of snow by Monday morning.

When is that global warming supposed to kick in?????

Ice here, too cp.  I managed to get to the end of the driveway to retrieve the newspaper and trash can and get back to the house without slipping and killing myself, but I'm guessing the mail will have to stay in the box until tomorrow.  There's still frozen stuff falling from the sky.  Blech.

I'm so grateful we don't get ice and snow. Sounds horrible fellas. The heat and at times ridiculous humidity is not great, but I'll take it over freezing icy crap any day.

Nice and sunny here in down under... where I live, the weather is very unpredictable, which can either be a good thing or a bad thing. Like, one day it's rain and thunderstorms, next we're all getting heatstroke.
