Thursday, Oct. 31
San Francisco at Arizona  Happy Halloween!

hmmmmm.... seems there's a game tonight.  How inconvenient since I was taking a dear friend out to dinner.  I'd have picked SF, but if it's too late, pretend I picked Arizona so it won't matter... :D

Sunday, Nov. 3
Houston vs Jacksonville (London, England)
Washington at Buffalo
Minnesota at Kansas City
N.Y. Jets at Miami
Chicago at Philadelphia
Indianapolis at Pittsburgh  (ugh... can I vote for meteor?)
Tennessee at Carolina
Detroit at Oakland
Tampa Bay at Seattle
Cleveland at Denver
Green Bay at SaD Chargers
New England at Baltimore (Patriots first game against a real team with a functioning offense)

Monday, Nov. 4
Dallas at N.Y. Giants  (another meteor??)

I got your text in time so you're in the clear...I'll count your SF pick.

My bumbling picks...

Jacksonville...JJ Watt can't seem to stay healthy for a whole season.

Beefalo...even if the Taters get the #1 pick they would find a way to fuck it up.

Minnehaha....I keep waiting for Kirk Cousins to turn into a pumpkin.

Jets...both teams will try to give this game away.

Philadelphia...Chicago moved up in the draft so they could pick Mitch Trubisky...ahead of both Patrick Mahomes and Deshaun Jackson.

Indianapolis

Carolina

Detroit

Seattle

Cleveland

Green Bay...it says "at Chargers" but this will be a "home" game for the Packers.

New England...everyone is picking Baltimore, which worries me.

Dallas...they have had two weeks to prepare so they better be ready.

I have not seen Baltimore play a full game.   They are just never on.  But I know they are good.  But I do not know if they have a good running game?  That is what will do New England in.  Cleveland ran all over them but fumbled the ball away and killed themselves on penalties.  Otherwise the win.  If Baltimore and or their QB, who I know is mobile, can run, NE goes down.  That is my prediction anyway as they FINALLY HAVE TO PLAY A GOOD TEAM WITH An established offense on the road.  Your idea that they are invincible does not hold weight.  And lets be clear.  ALL OF THEIR SUPER BOWL WINS AND LOSS'S WERE NAIL BITERS.  NEVER EVER BLEW A TEAM OUT.  EVER.    49ers were better.  Steelers were better.  Green Bay, (Lombardi's Packers) were far better.

Just look at EBK's take on the NE vs Ravens game.  SPOT ON.    She saw it coming and so did I.  Great game by the Ravens offense.  And defense too.  A total BEAT DOWN.    Oh yeah!!!!!!  Here is to you Lamar!!!!
