porgie66
Anyone know who this is? I assume he's someone associated with the promotor, Concerts East because he is seen walking with Larry Vaughn as they leave the stage at the end of the film and escort the band to their limos. He's also seen in the black and white shirt when Grant cusses out Vaughn about the pirated posters.
SteveAJones
I don't recall his identity having been confirmed (yet), but the person Grant berates is not Larry Vaughan; Vaughan himself is on record as saying it isn't him. Bud Becker, who has been involved in the concert and music business for decades, including many years at the Baltimore Civic Center, later confirmed through his sources that the man may be named Denny, and he ran concessions for ARA, short for Automatic Retailers of America, and now known as ARAMARK. Then "John B.", on 10/10/17 stated: "The man in the blue shirt is Dennis (Denny) Ferguson. He ran the concessions at the Baltimore Civic Center for Berlo Vending which was subsequently bought by Ogden Foods and may have been purchased by ARA by the time the movie was filmed as someone noted previously. It was rumored that the mob was involved with the first firm and possibly the latter two as well. I know because I worked for Denny at the Wolf Trap Farm Park in 1971 and later at the Civic Center in 1971-72. I moved back west in 1972 and did not hear of or from him until I saw him in this movie many years later. He was a good guy, but the Civic Center was a pretty corrupt place and not atypical of Baltimore at the time. There was a room with a locked door where premium booze bottles were filled with cheap liquor which was then sold to the customers. And that is just one example of the kind of stuff that went on. You could get anything you wanted if you greased the right palms".

Unsure to which photo you are responding, but Mickie Most never accompanied Led Zeppelin on a US tour.

anniemouse
The Image of the couple holding the HMV award (for singles sold 1979) is of Suzi Quatro and record producer Mickie Most. Beck Ola was spot on.

The issue is who is the character walking out with Led Zeppelin in "The Song Remains the Same" footage as shown in the two screen grabs in the OP. We know that it is not Mickie Most. If you grew up in the 1970s chances are you wore a shirt like that at some point. Thank god there were no kids with cellphone cameras when I was growing up.
