What you are listening to is " As long as I have you" from the famous Fillmore Show from 27th April 1969. Released many times under different names. The Dancing Avocado & Collage to name 2. Apparently Bill Graham recorded it. Great song from a great set. Interestingly, to my ears anyway, if you listen very carefully, I think when Bonzo's drum breaks, you can hear Jimmy strumming a few chords which sound very similar to Stairway or that Spirit song (take your pick).
