This is a thread I come back to on a regular basis. One note regarding
June 21st and 22nd I think has not been highlighted here. They played a proper song in between OTT and cat strangle. That makes a significant dynamic difference to the whole show and sets these two apart from most (if not all) 77 shows.

Did they do that on any other occasion?

"Cat strangle". Haha...good one.

They also threw in "Trampled Under Foot" at three of the Forum shows I saw...the 23rd, the 25th, and the 27th. They may have been after the drum solo...they definitely were after "Kashmir". But my memory is a little hazy and I don't have time to check the setlists.

Going throught the timeline. Shows where a song between OTT and solo were played are (glimpsing through quickly):

June 10th: Heartbreaker

June 13th: Heartbreaker

June 21st: Heartbreaker

June 22nd: OTHAFA

All of these seem to be high on Bonzo-fan's list and I guess generally too.

Holy thread revival!

28th of April is a top five from 77.

30th of May is top ten, if not top seven.

Edit: need to do some math if TOP10 would include:

21st, 22nd, 23rd, 25th & 26th of June

28th of April

30th of May

Leaves some room for a couple of MSG shows and Pontiac/ whatever

Definitely one of my favourite tours by the band , with some really great nights that, for me, rank alongside their best earlier shows. Recently caught up again with two performances that sometimes get overlooked, Inglewood Forum/L.A. Forum , June 25th and 27th, and both are great listens.
