So, the girl in the front put in some security cameras because she thought he may also be a peeping tom. The punk must have realized his shenanigans were being watched and he didn't like that. We believe he's an illegal and can barely speak English. A bit over a week ago the security camera got him riding his bike into the driveway, he gets off the bike, grabs a soccer ball, places it on the ground and as hard as he could kicked it towards the garage door and it breaks two of the door windows. You can see him pretty much high fiving himself for that. He had also cleared out an area in the back of the property as his own private little soccer field. 😄 So, us 3 finally went to the police to report this stuff and showed the video of him breaking the windows. The cop seemed to be skeptical even with the video evidence. Yes, officer, we're all here together just flappin' our gums for nothing. So, he took the report and our names and lo and behold not 2 days later the camera catches this chump beating his girlfriend up and pulling her around by her hair and throwing her to the ground. Tut tut, little man. The cops came (including the skeptical one) and a female officer arrested the little asswipe and he didn't like that as you could see him resisting her. Me and Keith then watched him in court yesterday via live streaming. His bail was set at $50,000. Of course he pleaded not guilty. Then, his girlfriend speaks and she starts blubbering about how he needs to be home for the kids, work, and why does he have to stay in jail,  blah, blah, blah. The proscecutor had earlier stated that the video was very disturbing and she did not want him released, period. The judge then told her that more police are killed on domestic violence calls than any other and that he wasn't releasing him on that point and for the protection of her and the police. I doubt seriously she can come up with the 10% bail money. They finally let him speak and he says: Does this mean I can't go home?😆 He's definiteley a dim bulb and we hope they deport his sorry little ass.

I like that line in Casino where the wiseguy talks about already having a hole dug out in the desert.

Redrum, this guy won't get much time in California, heck, the guy is practically a "protected class" if he is here illegally anyway. No room in the jails or prisons, and they just basically put them through the system and then they are back out again. And a guy like that will eventually kill the girlfriend/baby mamma once he finds out she my have "stepped out" on him with someone else.

Yep, having a hole dug is a great investment.  And with a guy like that who is going to go looking for him?  Everyone will just assume he got into trouble someplace and headed back south across the border.

I'm of course just speaking metaphorically. Not suggesting anyone actually do a crime. But I was watching reruns of Breaking Bad the other day and thinking about how they got rid of bodies with acid and then just carted them off in a bucket, and then I was watching the movie Snatch and how they used pigs. So then I came up with this idea:  go to Home Depot and get a big case freezer for the garage, then put the "evidence" in the freezer and get is frozen solid. Then over a few weeks take sawzall and cut off chucks and then get one of those industrial blenders that will liquefy solids and bone, and just liquefy a bit at a time and flush it down the toilet.  I would still use plenty of plastic in the garage, maybe make like a "spay booth" type set up just to contain the little bits of DNA. But having frozen parts are less messy. Just add a little liquid to the blender, and you are golden.

Your story made me think of all this LOL.  Assholes like that guy you described I have to sympathy for what happens to them.

I do think about this stuff a lot, but it is more like a game with me. Problem today is there are video cameras everywhere, and if you drive they are tracking your car, not to mention how people are tracked with their "smart phones".

So, it ain't like the old days where you just wait for a rainy day when everyone is inside, and then just sneak up behind some guy and "pop" with a couple of head shots with a small caliber handgun; leave him where he drops, and then ditch the gun.  No sir, times have changed, there is a camera on every corner--- and the whole DNA thing.... well, fughetaboutit

Meh, you've been watching too much CSI my friend. Those cameras usually have relatively poor resolution unless you are within a large city center, plus, just wear a hat, dark clothes, and keep your head down (so as to not show your face, or wear a fake mustache) and you're golden. Plus, if you have no record or, if your DNA is not on file, they can collect all the DNA they want and it means nothing. They would need to get a warrant to compel you to submit a DNA sample and no judge will sign off on that without some serious probable cause. Fact is, anyone can successfully whack anyone and easily get away with it as long as you follow these simple rules:

1. DIY is the ONLY way to go. Two people can keep a secret as long as one is dead. So if you gonna do it, do it yourself with no help.

2. Keep yer mouth shut, do not ever talk about the deed with ANYONE. Wife, dad, Priest, bro...no go. 

3. Should the cops approach you say nothing, answer nothing. If they press just say, "I will not answer any questions without my attorney present. BTW...am I under arrest?" If they say no (not under arrest), just say, "Well then, have a good day." And leave. If they do arrest you say nothing, absolutely nothing and call an attorney. Over 90% of all convictions are a result of the person talking either directly to the police and thereby incriminating themselves or, they talk to someone else about the deed who then tells the police. Over 95% of ALL murder convictions are a result of loose lips.

If you follow these three easy steps you too can whack the creep / jackass of your choosing with absolutely NO repercussions. Well, except with having to shoulder the burden of murdering another human for the rest of your life. Personally, I could only kill another person in direct defense of my life or another's and even then I would likely be racked with serious guilt until the day I die.

Ps. Killing is bad mmmm-kay. Please don't kill people. We have way too much of that going on as it is.

It is not just the one camera you need to worry about. Like I said, they are everywhere. Which pretty much means that as soon as you leave your house, to the point of your destination and back, the police can easily create a timeline of your activities.  Not that proves anything, but it is part of the puzzle the put together in an investigation. But this is mostly for anyone who you have a connection with, or some have made contact with. Random strangers are easier to get away with as we know.

There is also your digital footprint today. Just you and I posting on this website is part of our digital footprint. People (not me) who are into smart phones have a huge digital footprint, as they establish certain patterns. Not only is there GPS trackers, geo tags, and other indicators, it works the other way too when there are gaps. For example: a guys girlfriend goes missing and is presumed dead, but for 12 hours his online / digital presence suddenly goes dark--- just at the same time this woman was last seen and then for many hours later. That doesn't prove anything, but it certainly means the cops are now looking hard at you until the find something.  And BTW, cops don't need a warrant to collect any of your DNA which happen to just leave around for anyone to find. That hairbrush you threw away in the trash, and then set the trash can out by the curb---fair game.  And again, your car has a plate/tag on it which is now being scanned just about everywhere by law enforcement. Not just patrol cars, but there are tag scanners along with cameras on most major intersections in many cities.  True, all of this would just be circumstantial, but add enough to that mountain and now the police will always be looking at you, and chances are good they may find something.

BTW-- I have never watched CSI ever in my life, not once. I do however have a friend who is a Los Angeles Country Sheriffs homicide detective and we talk all the time. He says is job is MUCH easier in the modern era with all of the technology. That and he is convinced people are just generally getting dumber too.  But even he admits that the biggest trap for most criminals is their own mouth. Many people will always involve someone else.  Unless you have an old school crime syndicate like the Mafia used to be, where NOBODY ever talked, chances are someone else will spill the beans on you.

Since most murders are of spouses or people you know, it is pretty hard not to talk about them, or have the police ask you a lot of questions about them.  Why not? Everyone would seemingly want to cooperate to help the police solve a murdered loved one, right?  So, this is why you have to have an IRON CLAD story and timeline which you have practiced, but not so as to seem practiced. The best answer is: I don't know what happened.  You are right, guilty people think they are smarter than cops and will like to add details hoping to throw them off. But then they end up making a mistake, and changing some small detail, and then are tripped up.  Like OJ Simpson, how many times did he make inconsistent statements to the police?  And yet he got away with murder by having a jury cover for his misdeeds.

Good rule of thumb is to NEVER talk to the police, not without a lawyer present, and not just for the big stuff--- at ALL TIMES. Cops are always investigating, and when they talk to you, YOU are the subject of their interest, even when they are not asking anything about you.

But I think  you are under-thinking the camera thing. You would be shocked how much video the police can get on you in a very short time today. You can wear a hoodie and all of that, but I'll bet that you have neighbors who have cameras on both ends of your street somehow capturing images of your house that you don't even realize. But worst is the police are installing cameras everywhere now. It saves on patrol cars needing to be driving around. Big brother is watching you, so be careful.

I have never hated anyone so much to even think those bad thoughts. Too much wasted energy. Easiest way to get people out of your life is to ignore them and move on.  Killing someone would be a horrible option, however in self defense then that would be morally justified in my book. But if you can walk away, then DO THAT always.

Oh, man. It didn't take long. The cop was right about him showing up and they got him on video on the property talking to the girlfriend he beat up. That's 2 violations. Hopefully, they nail his ass to the wall. Little hardheaded fucker.

I think this guy is just your garden variety dumbfuck. Too stupid to realize he is gonna get caught if he violates. Give it a week and this little turd will be back inside, this time awaiting a trial date several months, possibly up to 18 months, if he can't swing bail.

Here's to either hope or Jesus...whichever gets to his ass first.

You know those big 96 gallon trash or recycling cans that have wheels and lid attached?  Great interim storage device to use while you work out final "disposal" of a large thing needed to go away. So much easier than dragging around a large canvas bag or similar.  Then just rent a moving van with a hydraulic lift gate; and relocate the disposal problem someplace else. Just be sure to not leave the trash can, especially if it has serial number assigned to your house, or anywhere in your neighborhood.

Nobody would even bat an eye seeing someone moving a 96 gallon trash can around, they are common to every home and apartment, not like some other containers.

Not speculating you could be the reason for that but, if I were a scumbag or looking to carry out some petty theft I believe I would steer clear of your hood, just to be safe 🙂

Be prepared, because if his girlfriend has cold feet and won't be willing to testify. Then by the time the DA reviews the case, and not wanting to go to court without the victim willing to cooperate; the DA may end up just getting his lawyer to agree to a lesser charge and probation. Well, unless he has a longer history, and then maybe not so much.

No way this south of the border Mr. Hanky is gonna bond out. If the joker had a spare 10k laying around he would not be pulling this shit, he would be high as fuck in some strip joint until he od'ed. If his family or friends had that cash he would steal it from them and then od in some strip club after getting TOO high as fuck.

You see this is how you stop crime and all the ancillary shit where you live. You don't put up with it and you band together as a community. You don't have to hurt, kill, or even really interact with the creeps, just gather evidence and call the cops. Cops like anyone else don't like to be bothered with the same shit. They get called out to the same house or the same people, and you have witnesses and will stand up, these dopes go to jail. It's the apathy of people which dooms them to their own condition.

Believe it or not we had a few like this in the military and its always the same story (behavior wise). Then after the service I hung with some bad hombres and a tough crowd just for kicks and same shit. Losers are losers, plain and simple. Does not matter how they got there or why they got there, once there they are pretty much all the same.
