SteveAJones
There are at least 54 different vinyl pressings of Live On Blueberry Hill known to exist, and 39 different cd/cdr releases: https://www.discogs.com/master/view/351945
Strider
Correct me if I am wrong but only three different source tapes have been pressed into vinyl. Source #1: Ken's TMOQ "Live on Blueberry Hill". Source #2: Rubber Dubber's "Live at the Los Angeles Forum 9-4-70". Source #3: The second TMOQ tape used for the acoustic songs "That's the Way" and "Bron-yr-aur" added on TMOQ's "Three Days After", which is primarily June 3, 1973 L.A. Forum. All other vinyl pressings I believe are just endless copies of these tapes/plates.

Here's an overview of six audio sources known to exist: https://www.collectorsmusicreviews.com/empress-valley-label/led-zeppelin-live-on-blueberry-hill-stereo-matrix-master-empress-valley-supreme-disc-evsd-1158-1159/
