How many versions of “live on blueberry hill” exist on vinyl

Correct me if I am wrong but only three different source tapes have been pressed into vinyl.

Source #1: Ken's TMOQ "Live on Blueberry Hill".

Source #2: Rubber Dubber's "Live at the Los Angeles Forum 9-4-70".

Source #3: The second TMOQ tape used for the acoustic songs "That's the Way" and "Bron-yr-aur" added on TMOQ's "Three Days After", which is primarily June 3, 1973 L.A. Forum.

All other vinyl pressings I believe are just endless copies of these tapes/plates.
