Did Bonzo use a Double Bass Drum on either Zep I or Zep 2 recordsings?

I know the band quickly had him dispose of the double bass drum after using one for a few live shows. Did he use them though on the first two albums before he did this? Very curious (esp. on GTBT)

I have listened to both of these albums at least a thousand times and I do not hear a double bass drum at all. There may be a rehearsal tape or studio outtake with him using the double bass drum, but I think Jimmy Page quickly sussed out that it wasn't needed and told Bonham to ditch it, and what made it onto the actual Led Zeppelin and Led Zeppelin II albums is all single bass drum kit action. 

What you hear on "Good Times Bad Times" is Bonham's incredibly quick right foot.

That's what I always thought too. He had a :rabbit foot".

There's a series of photos in the upcoming version of the "Evenings with Led Zeppelin" book from the 8/17/69 show in Wallingford, Connecticut in which Bonzo has two kick drums. As far as I know, that's the last show from which we have photos of him using the double kick drums, and that show took place a few weeks shy of a year after the band started playing live.

A week after using them at the Anaheim show August 9. I wonder if he used them at every show that week?

Bonzo was reincarnated as a an asian girl!  Maybe you've seen this it's been around for a while.

Bonzo Never used double bass drums on ANY Led Zeppelin studio recordings.

Good Times Bad Times was done on one foot.

A big NO on that one. On early tour for a short period. You can tell it’s only one pedal.

Interesting. Because the day before, in Asbury Park (8-16) he's using just one. So it seems kind of random. He used two in Albuquerque,  and Salt Lake City (7-30), possibly San Berdu also. 

Wow, so imagine if Zep HAD agreed to do Woodstock, he might have used two there, and we'd have pro shot footage of it! 

As far as studio, I still think he's using two on Bonzo's Montreux.

The sound of two bass drums rolling is more like dooka dooka dooka. Doing that on one is more like doo doo doo doo doo doo. I'm actually surprised Georgie Porgie doesn't hear it. It's even more obvious to me on the companion version. I would think anyone who's played double bass would hear it instantly. I guess I'm the only one who does. Call me crazy

Except "Montreaux" it sounds like all single bass. As John Paul Jones said upon first hearing Bonzo play, "I fell in love with his right foot."
